Check-in Time

Passengers are required to check in at least 30–45 minutes before departure time. This allows enough time for ticket verification, baggage handling, and boarding procedures. Late arrivals may result in denied boarding as boats must depart on schedule.

Check-in Locations

Luggage exceeding the 20kg limit or unusually large in size may be subject to an extra handling fee, depending on available space and crew discretion. If you’re traveling with additional or bulky items such as surfboards, bicycles, or dive gear, please inform the operators in advance to ensure proper arrangements can be made.

Required Documents

Please prepare the following items during check-in:

A copy of your booking confirmation (digital or printed)
Valid ID or passport for passenger verification
Any special baggage or service requests should be mentioned at this point

Group Travelers

If you’re traveling in a group, we recommend checking in together as one group to streamline the process. The lead traveler should keep all booking details accessible.

Luggage Drop-off

For those with large bags or checked luggage, our staff will assist you at the boarding area. Make sure all bags are clearly labeled with your name for easy identification.

Travel Tips

Arrive early to avoid last-minute stress, especially during peak seasons or holiday periods.
Wear footwear and clothing suitable for beach landings, as some ports may require walking through shallow water during boarding.
